Fashion Emergency

Today when I was going through all of Catalina's clothes to see what things I will use for Julienne, she found a couple of fun things. She put on this hat, and this Chilean artisanal jacket. She looked so funny that daddy didn't hesitate in taking a picture.

Salsa Baby

Here is the only good picture we took yesterday at the Holiday Party from Andy's work. We had good food, and we also got to dance...yes, amazingly enough my husband agreed to dance with me a Salsa song, half of a Cumbia, and a slow dance. I tried my best to move my hips. I may have shaken the baby too much but I'm sure she liked it because she kept moving the rest of the night and I had a hard time sleeping.

A Good Day Fishing

I went along fishing with my buddies the other day. Here are some of the various fish that were caught. It was a very good day. It is rough living in Key West but I guess someone has to do it.

Christmas Parade

Here are some pictures from yesterday's annual "Christmas Parade" of Key West. We got a bunch of candy and beads thrown at us. We even got 2 very nice stuffed animals for Catalina. She wasn't in a really good mood. She was tired and didn't get too excited about the whole thing. She got very scared when the "Grinch" came to give us some candy, I have never seen her so afraid of something. And the only word she said the entire night was "Santa!!!" when he appeared at the end. Believe me, he looked so real that even I believe again.

The Walk of Fun

Here is a picture from the "White Pier". Last Friday in the morning , we decided to go for a long walk to burn all those extra calories that came with our Thanksgiving dinner. We walked a little over 6 miles in an embarrassing time of 3 hours with a stop in the dog park, another to take this picture on the pier, and another to catch my breath. You can kind of appreciate the excitement of Catalina. I bet she was saying: "Oh gosh, now a picture?...whatever guys, let's go home, I'm bored".

The Cuteness Ultimatum

I absolutely adore this picture. Andy took it last week when we were at the beach...isn't she the cutest little girl ever?...hahaha. She loves to wear her sunglasses just to be like us. When she can't get it right she tells me: "gasses on pease mommy" (glasses on please mommy). It is one of the few things she says in english since she speaks mostly in spanish.

I found out that this may be a better way to keep you all up to date about us than me writing twice a year. I have a "Fotolog" in spanish that I use a lot.....but what about our english speaking family and friends?.
Here is a picture of our family. We took this picture last April just before we move to Key West. As you know we will soon be 4, but for now Catalina is the only "Star" of this Blog.
